A half way to 50, one quarter way to 100. Way to go!

We will be only twenty five once, the next is twenty-six (does this makes sense? haha!)
I planned my silver birthday celebration ahead of time, with the help of my boyfriend we were able to accomplished all the stuffs needed for my day. I chose to host a kiddie party in a place where everyone will remembered their childhood, and speaking of childhood and party there's only one thing that came in my mind, it's the chicken joy that kid's and even adults would want to have, the mascot's that all kids knew, it's none other than "Jollibee and Friends".

First week of January 2014 when i made a reservation for a party on April 5, 2014 that will accommodate sixty person on a satrurday of 1:00 -3:00 pm. Being in the Philippines where we are known to be late (i assumed) so, i informed all the guests that the party will start at 12:00-2:00 pm and since we only have two hours to stay in the venue i told them not to be late. On the day of the party some arrived earlier then some arrived a minute before 1pm, so i guess i made the right moved for the time of the party. It started 1pm with all the guest inside the party venue, no time wasted.

Preparations,

for my souvenirs I chose to have a cute and elegant bag with 25 different chocolates in it all of those will have a touch of silver on them.We mixed imported and local chocolates, most of the imported chocolates except merci, nuggets and kisses were from Japan, a birthday gift from my sister @Regina Chua Komiyama who weren't able to attend the party. (Thanks friend for this). The rest of the chocolates were bought in Cash and Carry supermarket at Makati and in Marks & Spencer.

For my outfit, I bought a white cropped top and a maxi skirt in Forever21, my sandals from grendha accessories from girl shoppe, a gift from Kim Yupitun and a belt from my silver dress.

Here's my invitation card from Jollibee php 7.00 pesos each, it includes name tag, trayliner and party hats i ordered 40 pcs of each.

Since i will not be able to give all the invitations to the guests i made an event on my facebook page inviting all my friends to my party, the page also helped me to track the ones' who will come and those who don't.

After the prayer the hosts welcomed all the guests and of course the celebrant. Friends from Highschool, College, Colleagues from BusinessWorld and Family.

The party started with a games for Adults, i prepared three games two of which were for adults and one for kids, to begin my college/ HS friends and Colleagues played the Highest to lowest and lowest to highest game of Jollibee. (eto yung laging pinapalaro nila sa games nila sa jollibee). ako na ang pumili ng mga participants sa game, kakain pa ng oras qng dun pa mismo pipili ng participants lalo na kung maraming maarte. hahaha! atleast. eto on the spot!

Let the game started, the game would be like, arrange your self according to the size of your waistline, and then the participants will be lined according to what the host said, the first team to sit down and clap their hands will won the game provided that their arrangement were right.

After the fun game with the kids and the adults, the much awaited time came, and it's "eating time" hihi hindi ako masyado nakakain ganun talaga pag may birthday hindi nakakakain hehe. :)

For the food i chose to have 1pc chickenjoy with spaghetti php 105.00, yum with cheese php 39.00 ,jolly crispy fries php 29.00 and iced tea php 35.00 for drinks. This is under the "choose your own meal in Jollibee" I ordered 60pcs of each.

Birthday ko :)

The highlight of my birthday party was to emphasized that I turned 25, with this i had made a list of 25 friends who will be my twinkles on my day, each of them will give something that will make my eyes twinkle, each of them will explain the reason behind the gift, and they will become my 25 twinkles.

Part of the 25twinkles were Jollibee and Friends! they also gave messages and wish for me. :)

First Mascot who appeared was Mr. Yum, each of the twinkles will be accommodated by Mascots until they were complete and the Mascots too, unfortunately the latter didn't
had a chance to have photos with the Mascots because they were only allowed to stay for thirty minutes, in my case they exceeded but still not enough.
