A short visit to Caleruega : where it all began

August 2011

Jorge planned a trip to tagaytay and asked me where i want to go, I said we can visit the caleruega church then, having known the place made me want to visit it again.

I will always loved Caleruega for two reasons: First, this is where we held our College Retreat many good memories and kakulitan (meron pang muntik di gumradweyt) had happened. Second, this is where Jorge  (finally! with all the guts! because he's so mahiyain type of guy) asked me if i want him to be my boyfriend. I'm not surprised when he asked me this question, because I assumed this will happen (assumera! hahaha! atleast alam ko ang isasagot ko).

From Cubao we take a bus bound to Nasugbu travel time is approximately 2hours fare is 100 plus we get off at Evercrest (the landmark to Caleruega) from there we rode a tricycle, it was a rough rode going to the place it took us 15 minutes to reach the place, fare is P60.00 pesos. We get the cellphone number of the Manong driver so that when were done visiting the church we can text him to fetch us in the place. (very good idea! ^__^ ). (not knowingly manong driver waited for us outside until were done, when we asked him he denied so, we paid an extra fee and lots of thank you po for his kindness).

Entrance fee in Caleruega is P40-50.00 pesos d ko na maalala, I must say i really miss the place parang nagflashback lahat skin nung retreat namin na-miss ko mga college classmates ko and si FM hihi. :)

When I'm done taking photos i sat on the grass to rest for a while, Jorge was roaming around I'm with the white Dog anyway who always follow us because he wanted to eat he's asking food from us. :)

Jorge sat beside me and hand me this paper. I asked him what is it for? he said just read it on.

Infairness to him I assumed na magtatapat na xa but i never expected that he will give me this one so after i read it, I said. 

                                             Me:  Thank you! kaso mali-mali naman kaya ang grammar 

                                           mo tapos yung iba kinopya mo lang ata eh.

                                            Him: Hindi inisip ko yan.

                                            Me:  Oh, anong gusto mong mangyari? 

                                            Him:  Hindi mo ba itatanong kung ano yung 101?

                                            Me :  Ay, Oo nga ano ba yun?

                                            Him : I love you and I want to marry you here.

                                            Me:  Nyi, as if naman kaya mo?  Anong date ba ngayon?

                                            Him : Oo naman kaya ko, 19 ngayon.                                                              

                                            Me :  eh pag sinagot kita ngayon magiging 19 ang monthsary natin 

                                                    maganda bang date yun? ( ayos sa segue hihi!).

                                            Him : Oo naman maganda yun, yung one kasi nag-iisa ka lang sa puso ko

                                                     tapos yung 9 lucky nine sa mga chinese maswerte yun.

                                            Me : Nyi, ang korny mo. 

                                            Him : Totoo naman yun.

                                            Me : hmm. 5 months ka na nanliligaw, O cge na nga kawawa ka naman.

                                            Him : (Medyo naiiyak) Thank you Yen! I love you! 

                                                   

P.S. : After he said the last line nahulugan xa ng camera na nasa tripod sa mukha. hahaha

To sum up, Oo very highskulish ang nangyari nevertheless i dont care i loved what Jorge did! Im Happy and overwhelmed. ^__^ 

And then he kissed me on my forehead and hugged me, and we had a lil' talked regarding the situation. (parang naging formality sake na lang ang pagsabi niya nito hihi kasi parang kami na rin naman bago pa ito pero syempre iba na din yung pormal). 

Moving on, sa Caleruega na din kami kumain ng lunch and then we  went to the main church to say a prayer.

And so this is how our relationship as a couple and as a traveler's began. After this, we've been to many places and i'll be posting it soon. (Ang nasa isip ko ng mga panahon na to, thankful ako may kasama na ko gumala, ako kasi laging gusto pumunta sa ibang lugar kaso wala akong kasama dahil ang mga friends kong iba d din pwede, on the other hand si Jorge gusto din kaso wala xang kasama so perfect! ako na laging nag-aaya at siya na nagaantay ng may mag-aaya. hihi. )
