The awesome birthday bash in Zambales

I was about to end my blog entry for the awesome birthday bash in zambales last friday but unfortunately I'd encountered a network connection problem that leads my entry to be gone, I dont know if i did something wrong, what i remembered was I uploaded a photo then it showed in the page on it's original size, when i was to edit it and put to a medium size it didn't work and so i didn't save it and took a preview of it, when i saw the preview the large image was there,  and so i closed the preview and signed out my account. When i signed in to my blogger again the post was gone and what was left was the title of the post. :(

Moving on, i decided to write it all again in different post this time. I hope I can catch up again all the words that was written on my previous entry.. :(

April 15, 2011

Mich and I decided to celebrate our birthday in Zambales, we had an overnight stay in Nagsasa and toured the islands of Camara, Capones and Anawangin.

As the birthday celebrant we shoulder a portion of the expense for the trip, we planned the trip ahead of time, to give time for preparation and everything, we contacted Mang Johnny # 09202224687 to arranged a tour for us.

We planned our trip and it happened last April 15, 2011 together with ate Marilyn, Mich, Mhaan, Fritz, Jorge and I.

Meeting place Cubao Victory Liner at 6:00 am, pero syempre hindi rin siya nasunod pero hindi ako na-late, the good thing was we were able to catch the 6:30 am trip because if we didn't the second trip going to Iba was scheduled at 9 am (medyo late na in our case) muntik pa kaming d makasakay sa first trip pero dahil d na kami nag-inarte kebs na din.

The bus left at 6:30 am,. fare was 265 per person,.

photo during stop over.
It was a four hour drive from Cubao to San Antonio, we reached San Antonio at around 10:30 in the morning,. from San Antonio we headed straight to San Miguel, we rode a tricycle that cost us P30.00 for three to four passenger and since were six we had two tricycle.
dahil magkatabi kami ni Mich kami lang may pic.
After 15 minutes or less we arrived in San Miguel, where Mang Johnny will meet us. All the people were accommodating, as soon we get off they asked us where will be heading and if we already had contact in the place, and we said we had and named Mang Johnny, he is popular in the place i guess.

San Miguel is the drop off point going to the islands of Camara, Capones, Anawangin and Nagsasa.

As soon as they finished prepairing all our needs for the trip (water, foods, ice etc.) we prepared ourselves and took photos before leaving San Miguel.

A day of adventure in Biak na Bato

This is the second time I experienced trekking the first one was in Mt. Banahaw and the second one was here in Biak na Bato, and I must say mas madali akyatin and biak na bato..hehe

March 5, 2011

after Holy Mountain we proceeded to Biak na bato (ito lang talaga ang alam namin na pupuntahan namin) we arrived in the place two hours before sunset so it's a lil' pressure for us because our time to see the place was limited and so, we start the walk.
the map! :)
the tour guide giving instructions
as what the signage says
very affordable fees, i dunno if the price changed as of this year
the financier
after all the things needed for our tour inside we'd begin to walk and took photos as we entered the place. There were tourist guides offering their service but we didnt need one because Jorge already knew the place so he served as our tour guide (mas tipid!)
ready na..
a glimpse in the cave

us in the bridge
very well said!
the forest
ang batis

were now heading to Panici Cave, but when we'd get there we didn't enter the cave because it's already dark and there's no one to accompany us inside.

right after we've seen and we've smell the bat cave we decided to get back and ate first before it gets dark.
after two hours of walk gutom na lahat kami at pawisan.
As we'd finished eating we walk again to take last photos on our way to exit.
the bridge
pwede daw gumamit ng bangka at pumasok jan sa loob dati eh so parang underground river ang drama.
nung lumindol daw bumagsak tong malalaking bato galing sa taas sa batis.
view of the batis from the bridge.
were all satisfied!
After almost three hours of walked we found ourselves very tired with muscle pain and sweat all over our body but it didn't matter because what we did was a remarkable one having been there once was an experienced that wont be forgotten.

Thanks Guys! Im so happy with the outcome of our trip though i'd get tired documenting this it's worthy.

Oppss, another thing when we've gone in the exit one tourist guide that was selling souvenir told us na "dati meron daw mga koreans na nagpumilit pang pumunta at maligo sa loob despite ng pagpigil nila because of the bad weather at ayun nagpumilit pa rin na magswimming sa loob kaya namatay sila!" Creepy! " anyway, it only means na we should follow what the tourist guide were saying because they know more better than us. (wala naman masamang maniwala pero kalangan alam din natn i-weigh ang situation). :P
